Do I need any special equipment?

What happens if I miss a workout or fall behind?

Life happens! If you miss a workout or fall off track, just reach out to me, and we’ll adjust your plan. The goal is to build consistency over time, not perfection. I’ll help you stay on track, offer motivation, and help you get back into the routine.
